Job Summary
A health insurance company. is in need of a Remote Security Exchange Commission Financial Reporting Manager.
Must be able to:
- Manage ad-hoc reporting and projects for executive management
- Lead the quarterly and annual financial reporting process, including ensuring the appropriate disclosures
- Review research documentation and disclosures related to GAAP and SEC requirements
Qualifications for this position include:
- 8+ years of experience in finance
- 5+ years of experience performing SEC reporting in healthcare
- CPA certification is required, with Big 4 public accounting experience preferred
- Proficient in Excel and have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to coach and motivate team members
