Job Summary

A technology company has an open position for a Remote Security Infrastructure and Cloud Site Reliability Engineer in New York City.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Identifying requirements and gaps in existing security tools
  • Partnering with business stakeholders to truly understand what and how the company runs
  • Mapping processes identifying automation and security/fraud risk reduction opportunities

Qualifications Include:

  • Knowledge of cryptocurrencies, financial services, or blockchain technology
  • Ability to architect and deploy cloud native solutions at scale in Amazon Web Services (AWS)
  • Knowledge of using and configuring IAM, AWS Organizations, CloudFormation, and AWS CDK
  • Technical proficiency in networking, security, and encryption related services in AWS
  • Strong programming background in Python or similar high level language
  • Extreme attention to detail without sacrificing execution rigor
