Job Summary
A software development company is seeking a Remote Security Operations Analyst.
Must be able to:
- Monitor & assess core information security system alerts, including triage of critical events with appropriate incident management team
- Work cross-functionally to ensure our infrastructure has appropriate security controls implemented and documented
- Collaborate with other employees on security-related issues, including vulnerability disclosure, customer inquiries, and other items
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Experience working in security operations, IT helpdesk, and other user-facing roles
- Understanding of modern operating systems, including macOS and Windows
- Experience managing EDR, DLP, SWG, or MDM implementations
