Job Summary
A leading systems integrator and cloud services company is in need of a Remote Security Operations Engineer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Handling managed security tickets related to managed security services
- Responding to customer inquiries around security related questions resulting from security tickets
- Proactively managing and maintaining Endpoint Security Systems (Patch management tools, Anti-Virus platforms and MDM)
Position Requirements Include:
- 3+ years in progressively sophisticated roles in information security consulting
- Proven experience leading teams
- 4 Year College degree in related field a plus or experience and certifications in the related field
- Consulting experience in small to medium size enterprise customers
- a strong, diverse technical background and exceptional oral and written communications skills
- Must demonstrate proven success in working in a team as well as independently & understand root causes of issues
