A computer software company has an open position for a Remote Security Platform Customer Success Manager .
Must be able to:
- Proactively train and manage to performance expectations
- Create outreach campaigns and automate customer outreach
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 5+ years managing a team of customer success managers
- BA/BS or Equivalent
- Experience in B2B SaaS, preferably within a Startup environment
