Job Summary
A confidential computing software company has an open position for a Remote Security Solutions Business Development Representative Team Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Hire, coach and manage a growing team of BDRs
- Collaborate with Demand Generation teams on event and webinar promotion
- Set the overall strategy and direction for the BDR function to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
Position Requirements Include:
- 5+ years of B2B sales/BDR experience
- Analytical and process driven, with the ability to track and forecast BDR metrics
- 2+ years of B2B sales leadership experience (Team Lead and/or Manager)
- Experience juggling multiple projects and priorities at once, and working cross functionally
- Familiar with tools like Outreach, Drift, Chorus.ai, Salesforce, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Zoominfo, Marketo, and other BDR tools
