Job Summary
An insurance and benefits provider is seeking a Remote Security Solutions Engineer II.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Acting as a primary security consultant and security subject matter expert for business delivery teams
- Actively developing and maintaining expertise to function as subject matter expert in one or more security disciplines
- Knowing and effectively communicating how confidentiality, integrity, and availability can be applied to engineering solutions
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Has experience with PowerShell, Python, or other similar (scripting) language
- Bachelors, advanced degree in computer science, or comparable work experience
- Has working understanding of security concepts such as confidentiality, integrity, availability, privacy, risk, and vulnerabilities
- 3+ years of related work experience in secure application development, infrastructure security, security consulting, or general system security positions
