Job Summary
A security services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Security Systems Customer Solutions Center Associate in Newtown Square.
Must be able to:
- Create a positive customer experience
- Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls to customers
- Respond to and follow up on daily correspondence and voicemail messages
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 1-3 years customer-facing experience required
- Excellent listening skills
- Self-directed and detail orientated
- High level of customer focus and relationship building
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Outlook
- High School Diploma or GED required
