Job Summary
A technology services company is in need of a Remote Security Technician in Wilmington.
Must be able to:
- Report service resolutions clearly and timely
- Escalate issues and reassign service calls as needed
- Prioritize all service calls and perform preventive maintenance daily
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Experience with banking alarm systems, access control, CCTV, pneumatic drive-ups, vaults and safe equipment
- 3-5 years experience servicing and installing security equipment
- Must be a true business partner
- Must be a relationship builder
- Must be a leader of time management
- Must be a self starter
