Job Summary
A technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Security Technology Customer Success Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Driving product usage and adoption
- Helping customers implement and navigate the product
- Serving as the main point-of-contact for customers
Qualifications for this position include:
- Come together in-person at least two to three times per year
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or other relevant roles
- Experience running several projects at once in a dynamic environment
- Up-to-date knowledge of products and best practices
