Job Summary

A national mortgage originator and servicer is filling a position for a Remote Security Training Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Creating & Managing Cyber Security initiatives & curriculum for our associates
  • Building & Managing specific cyber training based on roles & responsibilities matching security awareness to particular functions
  • Supporting & managing Cyber Security communication, campaigns, and advocation across the company

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in instructional design, technology, or related learning field experience
  • 5+ years of instructional design, technical, IT security, or compliance training
  • 5+ years of experience designing, writing content and evaluating eLearning, job aids, video, or webinars
  • Strong written & oral communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate
  • A passion for creating engaging and compelling learning experiences
  • Experience organizing & operating a training delivery program with business collaboration & geographically disperse participants
