An analytics consulting company is in need of a Remote Security Vice President.
Must be able to:
- Align initiatives with company level OKRs, and hitting those measurable goals
- Create opportunities for direct and indirect reports to excel in their roles and grow themselves in their careers
- Inspire the security team and creating space for the team to deliver those creative solutions into production
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Experience hiring security talent in an extremely competitive market
- Experience managing security engineering and compliance teams at scaling organizations
- Extremely strong written and verbal communication skills
- Background in, and deep interest in, technology
- Experience managing cross-functional security organizations
- Strong organization skills
