Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in agriculture, business, or a related field preferred; 2-year degree considered with relevant experience
• 2+ years of experience in sales or marketing management in a seed role
• Passion for selling seed and working directly with farmers
• Strong sales ability with a proven track record of success
• Digital proficiency to support seed advisory tools and Microsoft Office applications
