Remote Seed Sales Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Seed Sales Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell corn and soybean products to growers and develop sales of strategic seed partners in the assigned territory
• Collaborate with Division Leadership to create and execute a business plan for market share growth
• Provide high-level customer service and build brand awareness while achieving defined sales targets

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in seed sales
• Bachelor's degree in agriculture, business, or a closely related field preferred; a 2-year degree with adequate experience will be considered
• Strong sales ability with a proven track record of success
• Digital proficiency to support Seed Advisor and Digital Agronomy tools
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
