Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Seed Sales Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell corn and soybean products to growers and develop sales for strategic seed partners in the assigned territory
• Collaborate with Division Leadership to execute a business plan for profitable market share growth
• Build brand awareness and achieve defined sales targets while providing high-level customer service

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in seed sales
• Bachelor's degree in agriculture, business, or a closely related field preferred; a 2-year degree may be considered with adequate experience
• Strong sales ability with a proven track record of success
• Digital proficiency to support Seed Advisor and Digital Agronomy tools
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
