Job Summary
A financial software development company is seeking a Remote SelectTime Bilingual French and English Senior Tax Expert.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Applying working knowledge of tax laws and tax concepts, superior critical thinking
- Providing expert guidance and support to our customers
- Engaging experience preparing & filing E2E customer personal returns
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bilingual proficiency (English and French + read, write, speak) is required
- Minimum of 125 tax returns prepared, per tax season for the last 5 years
- Experience preparing Quebec tax (TP1) returns is required
- Minimum 5+ years’ paid professional tax preparation experience
- Highly technical and comfortable with Windows and mobile platforms
- Experience providing support in a contact center environment is considered an asset
