Job Summary
A financial management services provider is seeking a Remote Self Determination Waiver Supports Broker in Bristol.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Assisting state agency representatives in marketing Self Direction to prospective Participants
- Explaining the roles and responsibilities of self-direction to Participants and their appointed representatives
- Explaining the roles and responsibilities of Public Partnerships in providing Financial Management services
Position Requirements Include:
- All candidates must live in the state of Tennessee
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Services field from an accredited institution AND at least one-year professional experience
- Bachelor's Degree in any field AND at least two years’ professional experience working with the elderly
- Associate's degree in Human Services field AND at least 5 years’ working with elderly or adults with physical disabilities
