Job Summary
A software developer has a current position open for a Remote Self Pay Collector.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Generating patient statements, uploading to statement vendor daily
- Placing courtesy calls to patients regarding outstanding balance(s)
- Researching and documenting all patient contact
Required Skills:
- Healthcare billing experience
- Knowledge of computers and Windows-driven software, Microsoft Excel
- Ability to solve problems and everyday tasks with critical thinking
- Ability to handle all inbound calls from patients and clients
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally within the team
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
