• Being a true talent advisor and partner to the Corporate leaders and hiring managers

Required Skills:

• 7+ years of in-house recruiting experience
• 2+ years of Sales recruitment experience
• You are a subject matter expert and talent advisor
• You have the ability to authentically listen and communicate (written and verbally)
• You can build collaborative relationships with Corporate leaders and cross-functional partners
