Job Summary
An online marketplace is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Seller Experience Senior User Experience Researcher.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Partner with team members to guide product development and refinement
- Conduct remote, on-site, and in-field user research studies
- Promote proven research methodologies for across the company
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Demonstrating an in-depth understanding of a range of research approaches
- Experience conducting UX research, employing methods such as in-depth user interviews
- Experience leading research at different parts of the product development process, from discovery to delivery
- Familiarity with SQL, survey design, remote testing tools, or experiment design
- Ambitious, meticulous, and able to balance multiple projects at a time
- Ability to hold your own in a meeting and present research findings
