Job Summary

An online marketplace is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Seller Experience Senior User Experience Researcher.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Partner with team members to guide product development and refinement
• Conduct remote, on-site, and in-field user research studies
• Promote proven research methodologies for across the company

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Demonstrating an in-depth understanding of a range of research approaches
• Experience conducting UX research, employing methods such as in-depth user interviews
• Experience leading research at different parts of the product development process, from discovery to delivery
• Familiarity with SQL, survey design, remote testing tools, or experiment design
• Ambitious, meticulous, and able to balance multiple projects at a time
• Ability to hold your own in a meeting and present research findings
