Job Summary
A real estate investment marketplace has an open position for a Remote Seller Services Account Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Support and on board company Sellers
- Assist in creating the best possible experience for our sellers
- Work closely with the Account Executives to support in meeting monthly listing and sales goals
Qualifications for this position include:
- California Real Estate License
- Ability to meet deadlines and SLAs
- Demonstrated team player with excellent organizational and follow through skills
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2-3 year’s experience in customer service/account management
- Ability to build solid customer relationships and act as the main point of contact for customers’ day-to-day needs
