Job Summary

An eCommerce clothing and accessories company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Selling Platform Senior Software Backend Engineer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Maintain our public API, as well as working with product and engineering
  • Work heavily with product, engineering, and QA across multiple teams
  • Drive efficiency through automation, and foster security and compliance during times of rapid growth

Qualifications Include:

  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering, backend focused
  • Have Go microservices / light Ruby / DynamoDB
  • Have ElasticSearch, Kafka, any Event Sourcing platform, or async processing tool
  • Have prolonged experience with problems at scale, strong business communication skills
  • Experience in a Marketplace, Ad-tech auctions platforms, or Content feeds - a huge plus
