Remote Semester Lecturer

Job Summary

Teaching undergraduate courses remotely, the full-time Semester Lecturer will prepare syllabi and course materials, hold office hours, grade assignments, and communicate regularly with students.

Key responsibilities

• Planning and organizing instruction to maximize student learning
• Meeting scheduled classes and office hours in accordance with university policy
• Preparing homework and exams, evaluating student work, and maintaining accurate records of student progress

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field
• Demonstrated skill as an instructor, particularly in undergraduate courses
• Ability to prepare and submit grades by deadlines
• Understanding of curriculum implementation and course preparation standards
• Knowledge of confidentiality requirements in accordance with FERPA
