Job Summary
A research and learning publication company is in need of a Remote Senior Academy Onboarding Specialist .
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Facilitate student enrollment from the time of request for information through cohort start
- Facilitate student enrollment for corporate partnerships
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and contribute to annual license renewal needs
Qualifications for this position include:
- Have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business or another related industry
- Have strong organization skills, interpersonal skills, and multitasking skills
- Emotional intelligence
- Has the ability to communicate in a professional manner verbally and written
- Can work with a heavy workload and manage projects
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
