Job Summary
A financial services and investment firm is seeking a Remote Senior Accommodations Human Resources Generalist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Performing end-to-end case management of the firm’s ADA accommodation process
- Developing and maintaining processes and procedures in support of human resources policies
- Leading and/or participating in projects supporting human resources policies
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelors in HR related field from an accredited university or 5 years of equivalent work experience
- Proven working knowledge of ADA, FMLA, and state/federal employment laws
- Intermediate understanding of Microsoft products including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Ability to influence leadership with respect to HR matters
- Strong presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal business partners
