Major Duties & Responsibilities:
Excited to use VirBELA as a work environment
Meet or exceed high growth targets of over $750k annual sales without the benefit of brand recognition
50% Inbound / 50% Outbound selling intended, depending on demand
Own the Sales Process, Quota, and Success
Values a personal relationship with prospects and clients.
Build a personal brand that drives interest and engagement as an expert on remote collaboration solutions
Understands the comprehensive business goals of a client to present a solution that may not be originally requested or intended . Re-imagining the solution with the client.
Requirements
Education:
BA/ BS in Business or related field
Experience:
A track record of success with $750k+ annual quotas
Experience with $30k+ deal values
Thrives in a startup environment bringing a new product to market preferred
Working EST hours required
Thrives in an organization with limited structure and very little formal sales training, is a self-starter and finds solutions to problems to move forward discussions
