Job Summary
A nonprofit health IT services provider needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Account Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Ensuring a high level of service delivery
- Leading, organizing and facilitating site visits as needed
- Developing and maintaining account plans
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 4 years’ related experience
- Knowledge of a Customer Relationship Manager [CRM] and Microsoft Office
- Ability to create and maintain member relationships at the executive level
- Ability to create and maintain accurate/accessible and organized documentation
- Ability to identify and partner to offer new business solutions
- Ability to effectively manage member and staff relationships
