Job Summary

A communications company has an open position for a Remote Senior Account Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Act as the in-house client at all times by communicating client expectations
  • Ensure strategic objectives are met with each client project
  • Provide oversight and consultation to Account Managers as it relates to project execution

Required Skills:

  • Travel: this position requires moderate overnight/weekend travel (up to 30%)
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 3-5+ years in pharma/biotech agency experience
  • 3-4 years of team leadership experience required
  • 3-5 years of client/customer management experience required
