Job Summary
A marketing agency is seeking a Remote Senior Account Manager.
Must be able to:
- Set direction through designing new mail campaigns with clients and creating actionable tasks
- Manage outcomes by working with fulfillment coordinators, checking and reporting on progress of all deliverables and projects, and making sure the company meets its commitments
- Advocate for customers by understanding their pain points and, if necessary, escalate w/ Executive and Engineering Teams
