Job Summary

A provider of board management software has an open position for a Remote Senior Account Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Creating and driving a value realization plan for a mixed portfolio of strategic and key customer accounts
  • Managing strategic and key accounts
  • Proactively identifying account risks and creating mitigation strategies to reduce churn

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 4+ years of experience in account management or customer success
  • Experience leading strategic business conversations
  • SaaS experience
  • Track record of exceeding quarterly and annual goals
  • Strong leadership, teamwork, & cross-group collaboration skill
