Remote Senior Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Senior Accountant to join their Implementation Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle accounting including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
• Assist with client onboarding by organizing and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines
• Document and prepare financial reports while supporting the Implementation Division's goals

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 2-3 years of QuickBooks experience
• Experience working with small to medium-sized businesses in the $5M to $50M market
• Proficiency in Excel, including Vlookups, Sumifs, and Pivot Tables
• Ability to follow instructions while evaluating new solutions for efficiency
• Strong emphasis on customer service
