Remote Senior Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Implementation Senior Accountant.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle accounting tasks including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
• Assist with client onboarding by ensuring timely completion of deliverables and managing multiple client accounts
• Document and prepare financial reports while supporting the monthly close process

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 2-3 years of experience with QuickBooks
• Experience working with small to medium-sized businesses (SMBs) in the $5M to $50M market
• Proficiency in Excel, including Vlookups, Sumifs, and Pivot Tables
• Ability to train and transition clients to the Client Services team
• Strong emphasis on customer service and teamwork
