Remote Senior Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Implementation Senior Accountant.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle accounting tasks including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
• Assist in client onboarding by ensuring timely completion of deliverables and performing daily bank reconciliations
• Support the Implementation Division by documenting financial reports and training Accountants during client transitions

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience with QuickBooks
• Experience working with small to medium-sized businesses (SMBs) in the $5M to $50M market
• Proficiency in Excel, including Vlookups, Sumifs, and Pivot Tables
• Ability to manage multiple client tasks and responsibilities effectively
• Strong emphasis on customer service and ethical business practices
