Job Summary

A software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Accountant.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

Performing analysis to support ASC 842 implementation adjustments
Assisting in technical accounting areas including purchase accounting, leases, etc
Preparing year-end technical accounting memos as needed

Required Skills:

Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in accounting or related field
3+ years of accounting experience including public accounting experience
Strong knowledge of GAAP accounting
Proven technical research and application skills
Ability to interact effectively with all levels both within and outside the company
Ability to assist with special projects related to new technical accounting pronouncements
