Job Summary
A financial technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Accountant.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Preparing journal entries by analyzing and interpreting financial transactions
- Assisting with consolidated accounting
- Contributing to the month/quarter/year-end close process
Qualifications for this position include:
- Additional private accounting experience
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- Minimum of three years of Top 8 public accounting experience with minimum title of Senior Associate (or equivalent)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail oriented with good problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong understanding of US GAAP and foundational accounting concepts
