Core Responsibilities Include:
- Preparing journal entries and supporting documents according to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
- Performing monthly, quarterly, and year-end close procedures
- Having ownership of sales tax reconciliations and discrepancy resolution
Qualifications for this position include:
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience in Accounting/Finance
- Deep understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
- Proficient in Microsoft excel
- High level of attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to prioritize demands and meet deadlines
- Creative and curious, able to develop new and innovative solutions to complex problems
