Job Summary
A company providing mission critical IT solutions is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Accountant.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Perform analysis of financial statement accounts and specific projects
- Assist the accounting team with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Maintain journals, ledgers, and coordinate financial projects
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Certified Public Accountant or in process of obtaining a CPA license
- 2-3+ years senior accounting experience
- 4-8+ years in public accounting, with experience within a mid to large public, multi-national corporation
- Basic knowledge of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
