Job Summary
A classroom management software company is filling a position for a Remote Senior Accountant.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Preparing journal entries related to payroll and other transactions, account reconciliations
- Updating employee nexus filings, sales tax analysis as needed
- Assisting with audits and tax returns
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- BS degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3-5 years of public accounting experience
- Accustomed to multitasking, prioritizing and meeting multiple tight deadlines
- Knowledge of GAAP and familiar with financial accounting statements, including consolidation and reporting
