Job Summary

A technology and engineering consulting firm has a current position open for a Remote Senior Accountant.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Prepare month-end close journal entries
• Participate in evaluating, improving and documenting policies and procedures
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts, such as prepaids, bank accounts, IT stock and liabilities

Position Requirements Include:

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, finance
• 5-7 years' experience as an Accountant, Financial Analyst or similar
• Knowledge of US GAAP
• Advanced analytical skills
• Experience with Deltek Costpoint ERP system
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive professional accounting experience in a Federal contractor environment
