Job Summary
A software development company has an open position for a Remote Senior Accountant.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Managing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Sales Tax filings
- Supporting the payroll function with state registrations and related tax filings
- Participating in the monthly closing processes
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 3+ years of professional full-cycle accounting experience
- Excellent working knowledge in US Payroll and Sales Tax
- Bachelor’s or certification in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or sign-on-the-job experience
- Diligent to figure things out and carry projects through to the end
- Highly responsive to colleagues and pressing business needs
- Self-motivated, dependable, and dedicated
