Remote Senior Accountant

Job Summary

A marketing company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Accountant.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Preparing annual financial statements and footnotes in accordance with US GAAP
• Designing, maintaining, and ensuring continual adherence to accounting policies and procedures
• Reviewing contracts to determine accounting implications based on provisions in the contract

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Bachelor of Science in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum of two years public accounting experience
• Understanding of full cycle financial statement audits and/or SOC examinations
• Extensive knowledge of accounting and financial reporting standards
• Strong IT skills and exposure to ERP systems required
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, critical thinking, and analytical skills
