Remote Senior Accountant

Job Summary

A leading customer engagement company is filling a position for a Remote Senior Accountant.

Must be able to:

• Conduct month-end and quarter-end close processes, including account reconciliations and journal entries
• Perform monthly analysis on high-risk vendors and accounts payable subledger
• Prepare supporting schedules for 10-K and 10-Q filings

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience
• 1+ years of experience at a large public accounting firm
• Knowledge of US GAAP and SOX regulations
• Analytical capacity relating to data collection and modeling, what-if scenarios
• Experience using Excel for formula design, pivot tables, charts
• Familiarity with SAP General Ledger system, Concur, or Hyperion/HFM/FCC
