Job Summary
A staffing agency that serves the accounting and financing industries needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Accountant in Jacksonville.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Supporting month-end close procedures in an accurate and timely manner, including reconciliations between the general ledger and subsidiary ledgers
- Providing excellent partner service related to accounting and reporting including consistent accounting treatment of all transactions and timely, accurate reporting
- Assisting with preparation of schedules needed for audit preparation, 990 tax filings and other compliance reporting requirements
Position Requirements Include:
- 5+ years of experience in a senior accounting position
- Excellent knowledge of accounting and financial processes (budgeting, financial closure, reporting etc.)
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Accounting/Finance
