Job Summary

A manufacturing company is in need of a Remote Senior Accountant in New Britain.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

Prepare and/or review financial statements and footnotes for SEC filings
Assist with the reporting and accounting for new acquisitions
Assist with annual goodwill and indefinite-lived intangible impairment analysis

Qualifications for this position include:

Degree in Accounting/Finance
4-6 years experience
Experience in “Big 4” Public Accounting and Corporate and Business Finance roles
Exposure to various organizations
Ability to influence senior management
“Hands-on” yet sees the bigger picture
