Job Summary
A manufacturing company is in need of a Remote Senior Accountant in New Britain.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Prepare and/or review financial statements and footnotes for SEC filings
- Assist with the reporting and accounting for new acquisitions
- Assist with annual goodwill and indefinite-lived intangible impairment analysis
Qualifications for this position include:
- Degree in Accounting/Finance
- 4-6 years experience
- Experience in “Big 4” Public Accounting and Corporate and Business Finance roles
- Exposure to various organizations
- Ability to influence senior management
- “Hands-on” yet sees the bigger picture
