Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Controller/Accounting Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee internal financial operations as the senior accounting leader
• Train, mentor, and develop two staff accountants
• Manage audit preparation, tax review, and ensure GAAP compliance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 8+ years of progressive accounting or controller-level experience
• Strong background in audit oversight and tax strategy
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or commercial equipment environments preferred
• Proven ability to mentor and develop junior accounting staff
