Remote Senior Accounting Specialist
Job Summary
A software development company is in need of a Remote Senior Accounting Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Receiving data and prepare billing from multiple servers/metrics for invoicing
- Working with Account Managers to resolve unauthorized deductions and disputes
- Preparing final invoices for mailing along with applicable supporting documentation
Required Skills:
- 4+ years of related accounting experience
- Proficiency in English in a business environment
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience using Oracle ERP system
- Familiarity with accounts receivable functions and experience using multiple methods of invoice delivery
