Job Summary

A software development company is in need of a Remote Senior Accounting Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Receiving data and prepare billing from multiple servers/metrics for invoicing
  • Working with Account Managers to resolve unauthorized deductions and disputes
  • Preparing final invoices for mailing along with applicable supporting documentation

Required Skills:

  • 4+ years of related accounting experience
  • Proficiency in English in a business environment
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Experience using Oracle ERP system
  • Familiarity with accounts receivable functions and experience using multiple methods of invoice delivery
