Job Summary
A provider of information technology solutions is in need of a Remote Senior Accounts Payable Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Review open AP report, and provide explanations for aged unpaid invoices
- Review and reconcile subcontractor/consultants’ invoices
- Post cash disbursement to the correct vendor account for review
Skills and Requirements Include:
- This position is remote for the foreseeable future with expectations to be in the office part-time once we reopen
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Strong Excel skills
- Verbal/written communication skills, ability to to interface with project controllers, project managers and executive management
