Job Summary

A banking and financial services company. has a current position open for a Remote Senior Accounts Payable Specialist.

Must be able to:

• Code and process invoices in the accounts payable system
• Provide user feedback for the development and implementation of various technologies
• Assist in the evaluation and design of new business processes to enhance expense controls, monitoring and reporting

Position Requirements Include:

• Associate's Degree
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, 10-key by touch
• Minimum 4 years of experience in accounts payable and/or accounting
• Must have good computer skills
• Hands-on experience with implementing and/or integrating with applications such as PeopleSoft, COUPA, Chrome River and Legal Tracker, etc
• Strong organizational and time management skills
