Job Summary
A healthcare company is seeking a Remote Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Researching and re-billing unpaid claims
- Researching and resolving accounts appearing on Follow-up Reports
- Making appropriate decisions and calls to carriers to maximize reimbursement on accounts to be worked
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years of additional schooling/related work experience
- 1 year revenue cycle experience
- Intermediate to Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and MS Outlook
- Strong customer service experience
