Job Summary
A technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Advanced Hardware Development Principal Engineer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Developing and designing leading industry power, analog and digital HW solutions
- Implementing and improving of HW design review process, prototype standards and interface specifications
- Contributing to Architecture around new optical engine platforms, including Optics, DSP, analog and digital architecture
Qualifications for this position include:
- MS degree minimum (PhD preferred)
- 15+ years Hardware Engineering Design
- Very strong background in HW engineering practices, including analog / digital circuit design
- Must demonstrate proficiency with a complicated schematic and PCB design consisting of one or more PCB’s
- Proven ability to influence cross-functionally at senior levels, including SW, HW, Architecture, and Technical Support
